Business Advantage began marketing the Systems for Success™ program in April of 1997 after 17 months of intensive research and development.  Hundreds of business owners enrolled in the program in the first few years and the many testimonial letters from clients show the significant positive impact this system had on the lives of  business leaders and on their businesses.

The founders of Business Advantage also began developing a similar coaching process to help church leaders in 1997. A 501C3 nonprofit organization called Ministry Advantage was formed to coach pastors and leaders of non profits and by 2001 the focus became primarily on coaching pastors.  Ministry Advantage has coached hundreds of pastors and continues to expand around the world.
