PROGRAM COMPONENTS

The Business Advantage Systems for Success™ program uses several different components working together to accomplish its goals.

Since everyone has different learning styles and different business needs, the program was designed to employ different training styles to increase understanding and retention of materials. Seeing, hearing, reading, discussing, and working through specific tasks ensures that each client will not only retain the information presented, but will digest, internalize and implement it as well.

Online Interactive Training

The Systems for Success™ program materials consist of thousands pages of written training and implementation guides and step-by-step tasks along with more than 20 hours of interactive video training broken down hundreds of bites-sized learning segments.  The program content is organized into nine separate modules. The nine module topics are:

  2. Marketing Strategy
  3. Workflow and Organization
  4. Personnel Management
  5. Promotions and Advertising
  6. Business Communications
  7. Personal Selling
  8. Financial Management
  9. Leadership and Motivation

Each module also contains comprehensive written training and forms in addition to helpful charts, graphs, and examples to illustrate concepts.  The written training can be used interactively with the video or on its own.  Each module contains numerous Implementation Tasks that enable clients to put the concepts they have learned into immediate practice and develop their personal Systems for Success.  The Implementation Guides also include many ready-to-use forms and templates that participants can customize or use immediately “as-is.” This transforms the onerous task of building an effective business into an easy to understand, step-by-step process.

The video training presents each topic in a simple, interactive style, using many examples  small business owners can readily relate to. The video prompts participants to stop and implement each of the key systems covered, reinforcing what they have learned with immediate action.

Group Coaching

You will meet with a group of business owners each week to review and discuss the application of your learning to your specific business needs.  These group discussions will be facilitated by an experienced business owner coach who will review the Implementation Tasks which you have submitted prior to the weekly group coaching meeting.  These weekly group coaching sessions will provide you with an opportunity to:
