This proven dual approach develops a business owner’s design skills so they can create and implement business operating systems that will dramatically impact how effectively their business is run. As systems are put in place that produce consistent, predictable results, the business owner moves from the role of a specialist working in their business to a designer working on their business – planning and orchestrating the bigger picture.

Complementing this is the development of effective leadership skills that help the business owner fully develop and engage their most important asset – the people who work with them.

Business Advantage does not take the role of traditional business consultants who go in and fix problems, making business owners dependent upon our expertise. Instead, we work closely with business owners and CEO’s to help them develop the skills they need to become the designers and builders of their businesses. Our goal is to make each business owner independent of us, not dependent on us.
